AP-1700LF Automatic Flatbed Die Cutting&creasing Machine, suitable for medium and large-sized production scenarios, applicable to production lines from E-type corrugated paper to AB-type corrugated paper. It features high-precision positioning and slicing functions, automatic waste removal, easy collection, saving manpower and costs, significantly improving production efficiency, creating greater profits, and enabling continuous production throughout the day.

Machine Packaging

To better protect the machine, factors such as fixed position, anti-collision, waterproof, and anti-light need to be taken into account. In addition, the following two aspects need to be considered:

②. Rust prevention treatment for metal components, guide rails, die molds, and bearings

2. Fixation and reinforcement

②. Protect the motor, gearbox, air circuit, and oil circuit

3. Moisture-proof and waterproof

①. Vacuum packaging of the entire machine / moisture-proof film + desiccant

②. Avoid moisture condensation during sea transportation / long-distance transportation and circuit damage

4. Shock-proof and buffering

①. Add shock-absorbing foam, wood blocks, and rubber pads inside the wooden box

②. Focus on protecting the electric control box, touch screen, and servo motor

5. Strength of the outer packaging

①. Must use export non-pest-proof plywood wooden box / IPPC pest-proof solid wood box

②. Clear marking of load-bearing, center of gravity

二. International logistics must pay attention to

1. Dimension and weight confirmation
