1、Paper feeding section

1. ASAHI proprietary paper feeder, smooth and stable paper feeding, suction paper (board) 0.1-1.5mm, corrugated cardboard 4mm or less.

   

2、Positioning section of paper feeding table

• The brush/pressure wheel group on the infeed table adopts overall adjustment and individual fine-tuning function.
• Side positioning adopts pull/push dual-purpose side gauge device, which is selected and switched according to the thickness of paper.

3、Die-Cutting section 

• Divider: high positioning accuracy, durable; intermittent mechanism is equipped with a limiter to ensure the safety of machine operation; the divider is a Japanese Sankyo product.

7、Electrical and oiling device

* Control of machine operation: Machine operation is centrally controlled by the programme controller. Photoelectric sensors in each part monitor the status of the cardboard and alarm automatically in case of malfunction.
